Payments
Payment is taken securely at the time you place your order.
We process payment immediately so that:
- we do not need to store your payment details,
- your order is reserved for you,
- stock is allocated as quickly as possible.
If an item becomes temporarily unavailable after your purchase, we will contact you with the available options.
Customs, VAT & Import Charges
Orders delivered outside the United Kingdom may be subject to local customs duties, VAT or import taxes.
These charges are determined by your country's customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.
If a parcel is refused and returned to us due to unpaid customs charges, any return costs incurred may be deducted from your refund.
VAT is included where applicable.
Delivery Issues
If your parcel appears to be lost, delayed or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.
To allow us to investigate with the courier, we ask that you notify us within 21 days of the dispatch date.
Cancelling an Order
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to cancel it before shipment.
